SMASTI is the academic and training wing of the Sehgal Neo Hospital (SNH).

SNH is a NABH approved 100 bedded multi speciality hospital.

SMASTI has state of the art skill development centre, where every student learn laparoscopy surgery in real OT like setup using HD endovision system and various laparoscopic instruments. The highly trained faculty gives personal attention to every student. The training is conducted on mannequins with Top Gun exercise models and harvested tissues.

SMASTI has state of the art lecture theatre which is  equipped with HD projector system and audio video network with two way communication system to enable the students to interact with the operating team. Every procedure is explained from insufflation to port placement to dissection to tissue retrieval. 

SMASTI has ultra modern demonstration room for learning the mechanics and physics of laparoscopic implants and bio- medical engineering gadgets used in minimal access surgery.

Four fully equipped modular OT give immersive feel to the students in learning 2D & 3D laparoscopy surgery using most modern energy sources, lasers and every conceivable instrument.

Training is conducted in most hygienic environment and students are given disposable gowns , gloves and masks for personal protection. Students are served working lunch and can use the cafeteria to drink tea , coffee to re freshen themselves.
