Basic training course in Laparoscopic Surgery will start with an introduction to minimal access surgery, its advantage, and disadvantages. The candidates will learn ergonomics, task analysis, and engineering - the three pillars of performing safe laparoscopic surgery. Timetable of Certificate Course in Minimal Access Surgery - CMAS

Training will be conducted from Monday to Saturday except Sundays. So, the total effective training days for CMAS will be 6 days.

Training will also not be held on National Holidays – Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Holi & Diwali, which will be covered in additional working day.
